These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platforms, services, products, and campaigns provided by Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the Mission Green Bharat initiative, the Green Energy Marketplace, and any affiliated mobile or web platforms under the domain www.pineleafenergy.com (“Website”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Website, contributing to our campaigns, or engaging in any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using our services.

1. Company Overview

Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a private entity incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, focused on advancing renewable energy solutions, sustainability advocacy, tree plantation programs, and awareness through public participation.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any paid program, including Mission Green Bharat.
• Individuals below 18 years may participate only with express consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., and their immediate families, are not eligible to receive Green Grants or other performance-based rewards.

3. Mission Green Bharat Participation

By contributing to Mission Green Bharat, you agree to:

• Support the plantation of one tree in your name per valid ₹499 contribution.
• Receive a Mission Green Bharat Certificate including Tree ID, GPS coordinates, and species details after payment verification.
• Submit creative content on social media showcasing your participation.
• Optionally, become eligible for the Green Grant Challenge by uploading your post and proof.

4. Green Grant Challenge

• Not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance. It is a recognition-based reward given for creative effort, social awareness, and public engagement.
• Selection is based on content originality, verified impact, and the highest number of genuine public votes.
• Pineleaf reserves the final right to announce one or more Green Grant Achievers each month.
• Decision of the Company is final and binding; no correspondence will be entertained.

5. Other Services & Platforms

In addition to Mission Green Bharat, Pineleaf offers:

• B2B Green Energy Marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of biomass and renewable energy products.
• Green Trade Tenders curated and uploaded by Pineleaf exclusively.
• Other public campaigns, carbon offset initiatives, or educational programs subject to specific terms.

6. Payments & Contribution

• All transactions must be completed via secure payment gateways or UPI/bank transfer as instructed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate transaction proof during manual contribution processes.
• A certificate will be issued only after verification of payment.
• All contributions are considered non-refundable once the certificate is generated, except in rare technical or duplicate entry cases (see Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All platform content, branding, logos, tree certificates, documentation, and software are property of Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.
• By submitting user-generated content (e.g., social media posts), you grant Pineleaf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, and promote said content for marketing or reporting purposes.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user or participant, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or upload fraudulent proofs.
• Use the platform for illegal, defamatory, or unethical purposes.
• Manipulate voting systems or impersonate other contributors.
• Disrupt the technical integrity of the platform.

9. Data Privacy

• All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (including name, contact details, payment info, social media handles) for campaign administration, certificate issuance, and Green Grant eligibility assessment.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Contributions can only be cancelled prior to certificate generation.
• Once a tree is allocated and the certificate issued, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis as per the Refund Policy posted on the Website.

11. Disclaimers

• Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. does not promise financial returns or benefits beyond stated campaigns.
• Tree growth, GPS tracking, and long-term survival are subject to climatic and third-party factors.
• Green Grant is not guaranteed; it is merit-based and transparent but not a guaranteed benefit of participation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

• Pineleaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You agree to use the Website and participate in programs at your own risk.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, partners, and employees from any claim, action, or demand arising from:

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Amendments to Terms

Pineleaf Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove any clauses in these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be posted on the Website and are effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
