Pineleaf Green Energy Private Limited is committed to ensuring transparency and satisfaction for all contributors supporting our environmental mission. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel contributions, opt out of recurring plans, and seek refunds.

One-Time Contribution Cancellation

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Contributors may request cancellation of a one-time contribution within 24 hours of successful payment, provided that the Green Certificate has not been generated or issued.
  • Once the Green Certificate is generated, your contribution is considered complete and is non-refundable.

How to Cancel

To initiate cancellation, users must:
  • Log in to their Pineleaf dashboard
  • Navigate to My Contributions
  • Click Request Cancellation within the allowed time window
  • Alternatively, email your request with transaction details to support@pineleafenergy.com

Required Information

  • Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Contribution Reference/Transaction ID
  • Reason for Cancellation

Monthly Auto-Contribution (Subscription) Policy

  • Subscribers of the ₹499/month Green Bharat Club plan can cancel the auto-renewal at any time.
  • No further charges will be deducted after cancellation.
  • Cancellation is effective from the next billing cycle. Contributions already deducted in the current cycle will be eligible for a refund only if the Green Certificate has not been generated.

Steps to Cancel Subscription

  • Log in to your account on pineleafenergy.com
  • Go to My Subscriptions → Manage Plan
  • Click Cancel Auto-Renewal
  • You will receive an email confirmation upon successful cancellation

Refund Process & Timeline

Processing Time
  • Approved refund requests are processed within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (UPI, net banking,debit/credit card, etc.).

Refund Status Updates

  • Users will receive email notifications at each stage of refund processing.
  • In case of delays beyond 7 business days, users may contact customer support.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Pineleaf Green Energy reserves the right to deny a refund request in the following cases:

  • Green Certificate has already been generated or issued.
  • Refund request made after 24 hours of payment
  • Payment failure due to third-party payment gateways
  • Requests without valid supporting details or account verification

Changes to or Termination of Policy

  • Pineleaf reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this policy at its discretion without prior notice. However, any policy changes will not affect existing refunds or requests under process.
